Sun Valley Apartment Homes participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption.


We welcome pets of all sizes and do not have weight restrictions. However, the following dog breeds and types are not permitted on the property. This applies to both purebred and mixed-breed dogs:

  • Pit Bull
  • Rottweiler
  • German Shepherd
  • Husky (including Siberian Husky)
  • Alaskan Malamute
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • Chow Chow
  • Wolf-Dog Hybrids
  • Any dog with a well known history of aggressive behavior, including dogs that have bitten or injured a person requiring medical attention, or dogs that an owner knew or should have known to be potentially dangerous


We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home.
